「Room was clean. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the balcony rooms the balcony was extremely small. no chairs or anything out there we didn’t even end up using it. Our AC unit was broken it was just blowing out luke warm air on a 90 degree day outside. was brutal. brought it to staffs attention they said they’d take a look at it tomorrow but that was the day we were checking out so that didn’t really help us. Overall besides AC was a nice experience 」

「From the moment we arrived, Carlos at the front desk was very sweet and helpful throughout our stay. The room was incredible with the most amazing view and a wrap around terrace. Nespresso machines provided in our room!
