「There were a lot of issues. The light in the shower flashed off and on continuously; it was fixed on the second day of our stay. There were no towels in the bathroom except for a bath mat. I asked the front desk clerk for towels; he gave me 2 hand towels, 1 washcloth, and another bath mat. He had no bath towels for us, so I had to use the bath mat to dry off after my shower. We never did get any bath towels! The water pressure in the shower was so wimpy that it took forever to get wet and then...

「This Embassy Suites was so very clean. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast is always a highlight. There were 3 other events that we knew of going on there but we always felt safe and free to walk around.」

「Staff was friendly, We were only there for the night, had a late check in and an early check out as we were traveling. Keep in mind there are no stairs to the 2nd floor. Which being a person that doesn’t do stairs well and having to carry up items ( including an ice chest) was not easy. 」

「The most disgusting place I have ever been. Should be a hazard for anyone to stay there. Smells like urine and is dirty and rundown. You take a shower and feel dirty the second you step out. Expedia should not even offer this as on option on their website. Seriously this place should be shut down. We paid $150 a night for this dump. If you like the smell of urine one towel a stained bed and crack heads might be a place for you. If you care about cleaniness and your health don't even consider...

「Rooms and property were well maintained. Good breakfast options. Did not know before arriving that the hot tub would be out of order. Would be good to have a notice under amenities about the hot tub was not available.」

「Breakfast is the typical continental breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with wet carpet in our room that had occurred from a leak earlier in the day. I brought this attention to the front desk who confirmed they could also smell wet/musty carpet. It took a little while for accommodations to be made, but we were moved from a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout to a room with 1 king bed and a pullout. For 3 adults it was not ideal, but my granddaughter slept on the couch....
