「Friendly staff 」

「This property exceeded by far my expectations! To start they send you the self check in instructions by WhatsApp (clear and to the point including a step by step video). Location is on a relatively wide street and we were able to find a street parking spot easily and 10 mins walk to the beach. The room itself is clean and stylish. The shower space was the biggest we've seen in Sicily with waterfall shower and a great water pressure. Bed was comfy. We also had access to a very nice terrace close...

「A bit of a quirky hotel. The decor is fun the view is fantastic and the room is comfortable. The breakfast is fabulous and the staff is very friendly and attentive.」

「Everything was really good at this hotel. The location and cleanliness were great to including the staff. The only thing I would say is that if you did need room service, they charge €10 which seemed punitive.」

「Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! 」
