During the check in the staff did not informed all information well, as we had to ask about parking, breakfast and wi-fi. The elevator does not work well, the room was dirty and with a lot of dust, in the cover bed had a red mark on it. It was a reservation a 2 persons and the bed was set up for 1 person. During the breaksfast we asked for a coffee, they prepare and scream in the room "ready!" so we need to get up and go to pick up. on the second day they didnt have egg at all and not so many options. Far far away of this hotel to be a 4 star. I'm used to travel around the world and this hotel fits on MAXIMUM 2 stars (being nice).

Struttura ben organizzata in alcune parti in po' carente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camere spaziose ma bagni un po' fa migliorare, doccia molto piccola e water con acqua che scendeva tutta notte. Sarebbe carino mettere un bollitore in camera per farsi una tisana dopo cena senza spendere 2.50 ogni sera. Esperienza comunque positiva

Ottimo albergo. Più un tre stelle e tre quarti. Mi sono mancate alcune coccole del quattro stelle, come particolari amenities nel bagno, l'asciugacapelli di quelli veri, la colazione che, seppur buona e con scelta dolce-salato, non era proprio da quattro stelle e gli scuri o qualcosa di veramente oscurante la finestra. La tenda, non lo era così tanto. Per il resto tutto perfetto, da consigliare

È una struttura 4 stelle con un servizio non adeguato. Ho avuto problemi con il parcheggio, lo scarico del bagno che per tutta la notte ha continuato a caricare acqua perché rotta. Premessa, quando sono arrivato in camera era già rotto. Classico trattamento per chi dorme solo una notte!! Peccato che pernotto per circa 300gg/anno in hotel. Per non parlare del trattamento in sala colazione!!

Avevo prenotato una camera superior ma alla reception mi hanno dato una matrimoniale normale , andando cercare le foto nei varie siti ho visto che non era quello che avevo prenotato!!! Il giorno dopo chiedendo conferma se era quello che avevo prenotato, la receptionist si scusata e mi ha cambiato camera!! ( ho pagato tutto superior) per Il resto niente da dire.

Hotel posto fuori dal centro storico di Ortigia ma vicino alle altre attrazione turistica della splendida Siracusa con parcheggio ed ampie camere pulite. Colazione buona e personale gentile. Consigliato.

Mi dispiace dirlo ma la nostra esperienza in questa struttura é stata deludente, non è possibile aspettarsi un trattamento simile da un hotel a 4 stelle e da chi ha effettuato un pagamento totale in anticipo. Il primo giorno: troviamo le asciugamani sporche nascoste in armadio e la cassaforte non funzionante. Il secondo giorno: abbiamo avuto problemi con l'aria condizionata e la cassaforte nuovamente non funzionante, nonostante avessero detto di aver cambiato le pile. Il terzo giorno è stato il peggiore. Andiamo via alle 10 del mattino e ritorniamo all' 1 di notte, ritrovando la stanza nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stata lasciata, ergo il servizio di pulizia non è stato effettuato. La beffa è stata quella di ricevere: - una vassoio di dolci dopo aver pagato la tassa di soggiorno - un richiamo di dover tempestivamanete dire di questa mancanza anziché al nostro ritorno. Peccato che cose del genere non dovrebbero succedere in nessuna struttura, senza parole!
