"Absolutely charming and a wonderful surprise! We felt like we were living in our own little home while we were here. Very spacious room (we had deluxe triple) equipped with a decanter of lillet and two glasses! We were greeted by Jeanne who lugged our suitcases upstairs since the room wasn’t ready. Great location on a VERY quaint and quiet street but easy access to all tram lines and two blocks from the river. "What a gem of a property not far from any of the sights and activities in Bordeaux! From the time we arrived until we checked out the staff was very helpful giving us suggestions on places to eat along with how to navigate the city via tram that had a stop right by the hotel. Property had a good morning breakfast. Rooms were clean and a decent size, especially for French standards. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!"
