「Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux.」

「Considering that a lot of people are using the same space, Whoo hostel is really very clean. What I love most is the staff; they are lovely. Overall my stay was great, I had enough privacy and felt welcomed. I suggest that they add something salty in the breakfast, and maybe provide an electric mosquito coil in the room, since on my second day there were a lot of mosquitoes I slept poorly.」

「This property is beautiful and a wonderfully relaxing space. A few instructions in various languages (English for us) would have been helpful for the coffee machines, the egg cooker, etc. The bed was a little soft for us but the room was gorgeous and I would stay again. Merci」
