Roomy, clean and quiet. Close to tram line B which goes to center of Bordeaux-get a multi trip pass at the tram stop. Walk one block to river side park that runs all the way to town center. Great location and helpful bilingual staff. Shops nearby -Carrefours for food etc. Restaurants next door and across the street. Has a garage for parking. Great place to stay-only minutes from town center.

Nice hotel

Nice modern hotel located by the river and next to a metro stop so it is easy to get into the centre of town in five minutes on the tram, or a pleasant 20 minute walk along the promenade. We will stay here again.

Although a pretty good hotel it felt rather soulless. Room was pretty good and staff (Ludo) friendly and helpful. A bit expensive for what it offered if you add in breakfast.

Very nice, clean, spacious rooms. Close to the tram, which you need because the dining, shopping and nightlife options are four stops away…city center. The tram gets you there in about six minutes. A tram ticket for the week is $17. Daily tickets are a bad bargain. Precious little around the hotel itself, except Citè du vin

A UNESCO city, personal favorite in France

Good value for the money paid. Half a block from a tram stop. A couple of blocks to the water front and board walk. Several tram stops to the city center. Abundance of restaurants around. Modern room deco. Helpful staff at the front desk.

I have travelled to a lot of countries . I would have to say that Seekoo Hotel was one of the best hotels I have been to. I travelled with my husband and a 10 yr old daughter. The rooms are spacious for a European hotel. It was modern, clean, has air conditioning , clean towels, comfortable beds and pillows and a lovely shower. The beds were so comfy we wanted to stay in bed all day. The A/C has no sound and worked well to keep our room cool for the summer. Location is great and close to tram . Also you can walk 15 -20 min to many shops and restaurants. If you are staying in Bordeaux I highly recommend Seekoo Hotel. I will definitely come back here.

The overall experience was positive. The location while not central was still easily accessible and nearby shops, restaurants, and option to walk along the river into the more bustling part of Bordeaux. The sauna and gym were major reasons for my booking. The sauna was nice but the gym provided minimal options and only cardio - there were no weights. The bathroom in the sauna smelled of mildew or mold and the toilet did not flush. I also would recommend a water refill station in the sauna/gym area.

Designerhotel on the riverside and next to the Cite du vin. Tram station in front of the hotel. I guess the hotel was 4* some years ago, as the design is really nice. But you can see, that no „love“ / renovation is done to the hotel. Our kids were in room 310 and the room was smelling like the drain in the street, mold on the joints and towels with brown stains. So bottom like, oke for a stay but we saw different alternatives in Bordeaux nearby we would use next time

Great value and stylish hotel

We enjoyed our few nights at Seeko’o - it was good value and stylish and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was large and clean and the bed comfy. We would recommend asking for a room towards the back of the hotel as the design of the windows seemed to amplify any noise from the street (especially of weekend revellers!) We visited off-season so there was no restaurant, mini-bar or little in way of room-service, but there are restaurants and bars nearby in this re-developing area of the city. The tram stop nearby gets you into the city within minutes and it’s walkable to the Cite du Vin. The small sauna (and gym) with views was an excellent addition and helped give the hotel that boutiquey feel.

Nous avons séjourné la nuit du 8 au 9 novembre à l'hôtel Seeko'o, veille du semi-marathon de Bordeaux dont nous n'avions pas la connaissance. Nous avons dans un premier temps stationné notre véhicule au Q Park sur les quais, en ayant vu une affiche à l'entrée de l'hôtel nous avons demandé des informations à l'enregistrement. La réceptionniste nous a indiqué qu'il fallait déplacer notre véhicule dans le parking de la Cité du Vin puisque la rue attenante n'était pas concernée par la course du semi-marathon. J'ai donc déplacé mon véhicule à ce parking qui finalement était fermé jusque la fin de la course le lendemain. Cette erreur de la réceptionniste nous a fait perdre énormément de temps sur Bordeaux, n'ayant pas la volonté de rester pour le semi-marathon, elle nous avait bien précisé que pour un départ après 8h il fallait se garer dans ce parking. Au-delà de ce problème majeur, je pense qu'on peut attendre une prestation d'accueil d'une plus grande qualité d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Notre chambre comportait beaucoup de tâches sur le sol de la chambre par exemple. La tenue vestimentaire de la réceptionniste le dimanche matin était une veste des ultramarines, pas réellement une tenue professionnelle pour un hôtel, peut-être que le dimanche la direction est absente et le personnel se permet plus de liberté. Nous séjournons plusieurs fois par an dans des hôtels avec ma femme ou en famille, c'est la première fois que nous avons une telle déception d'une réservation.
