"The US hospitality industry has a few things to learn from this hotel. The staff was amazing, the level of cleanliness was excellent, the perks and amenities available to guests free of charge was surprisingly good. Ice cream, Tea, Candies, Crackers, water hot/cold. The room and bathroom were pretty clean and the air was clean.
The included breakfast was amazing. They have an array of choices. Really healthy choices. American hotels should mimic this menu if they really want to make a difference in their guests experiences. This hotel was also located within a 9 minute walk from the High Speed Rail and Metro stations"
