"Generally the room was good, maybe a bit “over designed”, still the size & nature light (through the balcony) were great. The location was good, near to Arena Kaohsiung, even though the outside area of the building was somehow isolated.. Finslly I am a sustainability - oriented traveler, so I am ok for not making up the room daily, but I think the hotel should allow passengers to choose, and not to “guess”. Or another miss-communication is the front desk staff business hour, I had never imagined it was not 24 hours service, so when I left at 7:30 am the last day and needed to hand in my luggage for the staff to store for me, I had to leave them at a corner and message to the hotel by Line.. even though the staff was kind specially the guy with glasses at night!"
