「The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.」

「The curtains were yellowed and torn in our room. We did not receive clean towels when we called and requested them. The pool was smaller than some hot tubs. Very disappointing as the weather was very hot and humid. I would never stay at this hotel again.」

「The property was under renovation. We’re expecting our room ready at 6-ish but unfortunately it was not so we ended up the available room which is the handicapped. But kudos to the front person very helpful and nice.」

「The hotel was clean but the pool was not available. It had a sign that it was temporarily closed and would be open in a couple of hours, but it was never open and the sign stayed on the door during our entire stay. The breakfast was not very good either. Very limited options. It was, however, a nice quiet hotel.」

「We chose this hotel specifically for the pool for our grandkids. By the time we arrived it was after pool hours but the very kind young man at the front desk gave us an hour in the pool. That made our favorite babies night! Thank you for your kindness & understanding!! We will return just for this reason!」

「We hadn’t stayed there in a long time and stayed last night. They filled in the pool with concrete. Room curtains don’t block out the light at all at night. They are sheer and clear in places. There is no milk at breakfast. The staff said they were out. We won’t be back.」

「The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!」
