The hotel is beautiful, and the room was huge. They have one of the best walk-in showers I’ve seen, and the location is great. However, they don’t offer room service.

Room was huge and comfortable with all the facilities we wanted. Walking distance to Nisiki market, Pontocho street, food, restaurant and shopping, and train and bus stops.. Best of all receptionists and staff were excellent, made us feel at home and welcomed. Thank you for wonderful time in Kyoto.
