We had a fantastic stay at Monday Apart Premium Kyoto Station and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto. The accommodation was incredibly spacious, which was a real luxury after busy days of sightseeing. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern and well maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They always took the time to chat with us and made us feel valued as guests. On more than one occasion, when we were completely lost trying to navigate the transport system and find our destination, the staff went above and beyond to help us work out the best route and ensure we got where we needed to go. Their kindness, patience and dedication to customer service made a lasting impression on us and played a huge part in making our Kyoto trip so enjoyable.
