Location is good, staff super. Facilities need a little touch up there is no soap dispensers in shower, no TT dispenser, no mirror or towel dispenser.

Very rural area of Guatemala, but inside the hotel the area is quite comfortable. Had some stains on our bedding but not dirty. Wasn't aware we would not have hot water, but otherwise our stay was nice and relaxing.

Perfect and quite place, very good food and Services. Not enough power outlets in my room, bring your own 6-Outlet Wall Adapter or power strips to plug in your divaces (phone charger, Kindle charger, laptop charger, etc).
