「This was one of my best travel experiences, ever. The hotel is walkable from the local Amtrak station and nestled on King Street with access to a free trolley (to local shops/eateries and the Potomac waterfront). The hotel's bar/grille and newly-opened HomeGrown breakfast and brunch were phenomenal. The room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. And the staff was top notch - giving local tips and even helping me celebrate my birthday with a special treat. I will definitely return. 」
「Stay started by being greeted by friendly staff at the valet stand as well as front desk. Room was spacious, clean and accommodating. It was late so I opted to have dinner at the hotel and the server was wonderful! The area is safe, lovely with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel! 」
「I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience...
