「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」

Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that the room was not cleaned.
Last, I don’t think the staffs in this hotel treat all the guests equally. I’m not comfortable with it.
