「I read some got reviews prior to my stay and got a little worried, but after my visit I saw those were not accurate. The rooms were nice, and the staff was very understanding as far as the guests reviews go, you just need to communicate with the staff. We went down for an army grad and was having an hour to spend with our soldier and communicated that with the staff they was very friendly and understanding and didn’t charge us for a guest like the reviews claimed. 「Yes, clean and newly remodeled All handicap access. Wheelchair friendly. Comfy bed. The cable TV wasn't the greatest, but I usually just watch the news and go to sleep. No in room coffee. Coffee is availabe in the morning in the office. It's convenient to the JSU campus. Plenty of food nearby. Walmart is walking distance away.」

「Had no trouble finding a good parking space the times I left and came back to the hotel. My room was very clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable but not firm enough for me. But it was comfortable. The entire staff was excellent. From the checking in receptionist, housekeeper staff person, food service person, to the checking out receptionist. My overall experience was great. I would definitely stay again. 5 STAR all day. 」
