「Generally a super stay. I love this part of Polanco; quiet but blocks from Polanquito! Room well stocked for two people. Bed comfortable and clean. Whole unit was super clean. Checkin simple and 24h guard very helpful. A very good value. The only negative was an absence of hot water on the second day of my stay. Not cold water but barely warm. Message to ULIV went unanswered. Hot water was available the other three mornings. 」

「Good stay and location. Reduced number of stars because the hotel claims to provise “Laundry Services” and “Laundry Facilities” suggesting you can launder your own gear onsite. This was one key reason for my choice after 4 weeks travelling. Sadly no faciliites ate available.」

「Very affordable. Friendly staff and spacious room. This hotel is located in a quite and beautiful neighborhood that's great for a morning run and has street food. My advice is to bring more clothes because it gets cold in Mexico City at night and I think AC is uncommon in most hotels here.」
