The hotel is nice with large executive rooms. The staff is excellent. Only thing that is lacking is a proper restaurant and bar. You cannot walk anywhere for a meal or coffee, you need to have a car or ride share.

Hotel was good, room was very comfortable. Staff was amazing. I would recommend a bit of refurbishment through the hotel, I think it feels just a bit dated. But otherwise, it's good. Great location

The hotel was really nice and staff was really friendly. The only problem was it was extremely hot in the rooms and the air conditioning or opening a window did not help the stuffiness in the hallways or rooms. This by itself make me not want to come back.

This is a big hotel in a secluded/safe area with a small surprise lake (unique). Also well appointed lobby and bar. Did not like that it was understaffed (check-in), there was no housekeeping services available, and elevators were down/slow.

The room was EXTREMELY HOT and this was without the heat being on. The thermostat was switched to their winter mode so no cooling, but there were 70 degree days in November and the full sun shining on my room was unbearable. Also the hotel was down to 1 working main elevator due to an "elevator upgrade". I would probably also focus on giving the inside a facelift when it comes to peeling paint or drywall repair patchwork that's left unpainted. Staff were all great despite the hotel conditions.
