The hallway smells of cigarettes, and it looks like a homeless person is roaming around the hallway. The lobby doesn't have a chair to sit on.

Everything was going well up until the day I was checking out. The housekeeping crew was knocking at my door way to early; around 45 minutes before check out time. I found this to be rude and disrespectful. Shouldn't front desk let them know which rooms are OK to proceed to clean ? Just wondering.
