「Loved the lake this was on, very relaxing in the morning before the start of a day」

「Stayed one night of our road trip. Had a balcony room. The balcony was full of spiderwebs and not well maintained. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Gave four stars because of the balcony.」

「I’ve stayed in better for way cheaper. I was given a room with stained sheets, handprints on the wall, ice cream smeared on the walls, a missing smoke detector, and a dirty bathroom. Upon telling the front desk, they moved me to a new room which was slightly less gross, but not by much. For a nonsmoking property, it sure stunk like weed and cigarettes. The front desk personnel were super helpful with my concerns!」

「The room was awful. I don’t need anything fancy, just clean but this was gross. The housekeeping and maintenance staff need help. I arrived late and the beds were clean (and every other hotel was booked) so we crashed but I will never stay at a Baymont again. The bathroom was disgusting, I had to wipe down hair and some kind of fluids from the counters and the floor has obviously not been vacuumed or swept in awhile, there were pills on the carpet,… The remote was under the bed (finally...

「The hotel smelled horrible! the carpets were filthy. Breakfast was unedible. 1 ice chest for 4 floors and it leaked. The shower has mold on the grout. The hot water was cold. Plus no water pressure. The tiles were cracked and broken. We were left 2 large towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washclothes for 4 people. The shampoo and conditioner were empty (I brought my own!) The front desk was non existant. There was a phone number to call, but no one answered. bed sheets were clean and no bugs...

「Overall pretty great place to stay. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast I’ve had. They also have a decent fitness area which I appreciated and used. The room was clean and perfect temp when we walked in. Big tv and easy to use. The only issue we seemed to notice was the tub. We only showered but the center of our tub was so concaved it was very difficult to shower. Also like no water pressure. Idk if it was just our specific room or what. Besides that great place to stay.」
