冰箱噪音太大，墙壁隔音不好，晚上睡觉时会听见楼上人的脚步声。洗衣房只有一套设备，如果想洗衣服有时会需要排队等待。早餐还可以。

We come to this area a few times a year for sports events and normally stay elsewhere, but chose this place to save a few dollars, as well as the pool and breakfast included. Sadly, the pool was closed one day of our trip and only open for four hours on other days. Of course, it was packed with people for those four hours. The people at the desk during check-in explained why and they offered me points on my loyalty account and a late checkout - 2 pm - to compensate for the inconvenience. I appreciated that. However, on our last day the (different person) at the front desk said we could NOT have a late checkout past noon because we had booked the stay through Expedia. This contradicted what I was told at check-in and she asked her manager who refused to honor what I was originally told. The breakfast was the same every day and just okay. The room was okay but the TV had no signal and there were no instructions or a person to help fix it. We woke up to the sound of loud construction vehicles beeping every day.

I loved the property’s proximity to the Tsongas arena and our intended locations during our stay. I also truly appreciated the staff! They were all very kind and made me laugh each day as I ordered a ton of packages in anticipation of my stay, so they were all very accommodating, helpful and protective of my items, even bringing them up to the room for us if they felt it was too much for me to carry on my own. They knew me as soon as I checked in and when arrived every evening of my stay. The breakfast options were very good too as were the rooms and property as a whole. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The only thing that was dissapointing was the pool. We booked here for the reason it had a pool because my son was in aTournament all weekend and requested swimming afterwards..... It closed an hour after we got there (5pm?) and wasn't open the next day so that was pretty crappy but other than that, it was a comfortable room to relax in.

We traveled with family to create some photography on the area of Boston. This is a very clean and well maintained hotel. Customer service and housekeeping did a great job. It offers a balanced and hot breakfast with several options of fruits, dairy, cereal, and eggs. They were consistent in offering two types of omellets and scramble eggs also. Also, I was pleasantly surprised they offered pork and turkey sausages for those who prefer a pork free diet. I recomend this hotel.

Power was off on fridge in room and didnt find until unpacked and returned from getting food. Had to repack and bring everything back downstairs along with food so i could swap rooms. The staff was great handling it. It was just a lot that night when i had to be up at 5:00 am.

Poor management our room doir lock stopped working, took too long for them to grt us back in our room. Also the breakfast was nonexistent they had signs about food shortage. Should have been better prepared on a holiday .
