「This is our third stay at this property this year, and this room was by far the nicest room yet. We always get a king room on a high floor, and on occasion the furnishings in rooms have not been up to par for a Grand Hyatt. This room was impeccable, and our stay was more enjoyable as a result. The front desk staff were the same two ladies at check in and check out. They were both quite genial and professional. Valet was also pleasant.」

「Room was perfect. From the decor, to the cleanliness, and everything the little hotel had to offer. It will be the only place I choose to stay at for my next trip to Denver. I felt safe and locked in through every door. Great first experience in Denver and that was also due to my hotel of choice :)」

「Our stay was outstanding! My husband and I were there on what we called our “mini-moon” after getting married last year. The service was absolutely wonderful! We were greeted with warm smiles and once we told them the occasion we were celebrating, our room had a plate of macaroons, bottle of champagne, and a sweet note. Also the room was exceptionally cleaned. It was really the best way to celebrate the start of our marriage😊」

「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」
