「Best little surprise in Chattanooga. I have been a Hilton guy for 30 years. Their properties continue to decline. I went out on a limb to try something new and am delightfully surprised. Stay here!」

「The location was conveniently located to the main Chattanooga attractions (incline, lookout mt, ruby falls, shopping, many food options, etc.). The property host were very attentive and responsive!」

「Stopped for the night while on a family trip and decided to give this place a try. And we were glad we did!! Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Beds and pillows were clean, even under the covers, and were comfortable. Floors and bathroom were clean with no issues! The front desk check in was easy and Very nice. Breakfast was included in the morning. Would definitely stop here again with my family!! 」

「The floors near the elevator are sticky and dirty. One of the two elevators was out of service. The hotel was very busy/full. This morning, there was no breakfast because the cook did not show up. There was some yogurt, sweet rolls, but no coffee or hot water for tea. The front desk offered me a refund but since I booked through Expedia I have to contact Expedia and they will have to contact the hotel to arrange a refund for not having a breakfast. 「We were stayed one night at this hotel,it was very noisy and vibration because the air conditioner may have problems,so we couldn't sleep during night. Nearby no store,no restaurant. Breakfast was terrible too.」
