La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - Lookout Mtn
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is in a great location for us. Very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It has a dog section for pets outside which is very helpful. Five star ratings for this hotel."
"The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect. The breakfast is simple cereal and muffins with juice and coffee but it was sufficient. There are many good restaurants nearby. It was very convenient to Erlanger Hospital"

8/10 Good
"Room is very well remodeled n clean but the bathroom exhaust fan clearly needs to be changed It was so loud I tried to avoid turning on the light that also turns on the fan! The breakfast was miserable with no choice of bread nor muffins n not a single condiment to add to oatmeal:("
"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at Serenity Stay in Chattanooga. I booked a two-night stay through Expedia, and the listing stated that check-in “ends at any time.” Based on that, I arrived around 3:55 a.m. after traveling from Nashville to Chattanooga, tired and expecting my reservation to be honored.
When I arrived, the front desk employee told me my reservation had been canceled because I had not checked in before 3:00 a.m. This was frustrating because Expedia did not say check-in ended at 3:00 a.m.; it said it ended “at any time.” I also had a multi-night reservation, so I do not understand why the entire stay was canceled.
The interaction was also disappointing. The employee was blunt and disrespectful, and I was told I would need to book again at a higher rate. I ultimately had to rebook and pay significantly more than my original reservation. The next morning, the manager helped me get a refund through Expedia for the original booking, but I was not reimbursed for the additional amount I had to pay.
The room itself was also below expectations. The body wash dispenser was broken, there were stains on the furniture, and the bed only had two small, very flat pillows.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The check-in policy was not accurately communicated, my reservation was canceled despite Expedia saying check-in ended “at any time,” and the service and room quality were poor. I would not recommend Serenity Stay or choose to stay here again."
The Chattanoogan Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton
4/10 Poor
"After driving 12hrs, we just wanted to get something to eat, relax and watch some TV. Restaurants were getting ready to close in the hotel and the food reflected that. The tv in the room wouldn't work, technician couldn't get it to work, said they would be back with another one and never came back. Called front desk, they said it was down there.... like I'm supposed to go down and get it. Finally just went to bed. The fridge in the room didn't work either, had to throw out the food we put in there to keep cool."
