「The room was spacious enough, but on our first day, the TV wasn't working; we were told this was an issue in all the rooms. When I asked at the reception the next morning, they were completely unaware of the problem but promised to look into it. Naturally, we received no compensation. The TV was indeed fixed on the second day. I had also booked breakfast with the room, but the meal was poor and not worth the price. The selection was very limited, and the portions were far from satisfying.」

「The first unit I reserved had some issues - sliding door wouldn't open and logging into the TV, but the host moved us to another unit that was much better. We didn't know that places would be closed either due to it being off season or Easter weekend. We had to go into Banner Elk to eat and buy groceries. Just wanted to add that for people like us that don't travel to the mountains often. Overall we had a good trip, but I would stay in Banner Elk, Boone, or Blowing Rock next time.」

「Staff was genuinely friendly and helpful.」

「Fantastic hotel!! Just close enough to busy Boone but still far enough away to showcase the quiet, peacefulness of this beautiful area.」

「早餐很好」

「Staff was very polite and answered all questions I had. It was nice to have breakfast at the lodge and not have to rush to go somewhere.」

「It was a nice experience staying there, the only thing was that we ran out of hot water.」

「Clean as a whistle, fabulous breakfast, very good gym, and sweet staff with southern hospitality.」

「Convenient location to downtown Boone. Close to App St University too! Spectacular room. Clean and updated. Unfortunately it rained that weekend and we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop lounge. The breakfast was delicious. Make sure you try a pastry from Stick Boys.」

「Very clean.」

「Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful.」

「Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.」
