「There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!」

「I was put in an old room. The carpet had multiple stains all over the place. The room itself had an awful odor, and something in the wall or outside of the wall vibrated all night. I asked to move rooms, and it was better.」

Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night.
