"The toilet in my room was broken and the carpet was ripped in the room, also. This did not meet my standards with regard to my typical Hilton experience "

"It was an okay stayed, kinda wish the rooms had a microwave. Also, there is no water fountain and we didn’t see a water station or anything, they do have a bag with two bottles of water at the reception desk which is fine but when I went to ask for some the male receptionist that was there was kinda rude because he only gave me one bag and mind you there is four of us in the room, when I ask for one more bag he then replied in a rude way you only get one more and after you’ll have to buy them. If you are not going to offer a water fountain or a water station then the customers should at least be able to get two bottles per person."

"Great location and new building but the constant smell of weed was extremely off putting. From the hall ways to the elevator and even in the rooms at night. Walls are every thin you can hear people all night talking and slamming doors. Location was great and staff was very nice, comfy bed. Weirdly clean but also dirty? Towels had stains and the floor in the room was almost sticky. Put the little rug towel down by the shower and it was immediately brown from dirt on the floors. We stayed for one night and debated leaving to go somewhere else. Would not stay here again. "

"We weren’t allowed to schedule our shuttle took the airport until we arrived in property. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t get in until late and by that time all of the shuttles were full so we had to use an Uber."
