「The property itself was very outdated and not the most clean but it served its purpose for a family friendly, pet friendly stop on a road trip. The pool area needs work and the rooms were not clean at all, stains on carpeting and curtains but bedding and towels were clean. The breakfast was really pleasant and a lot of offerings. The staff was so helpful and friendly, providing a basketball for my kids to play on the court and when I inquired about an ice maker to fill my cooler the kitchen...

「Not the greatest neighborhood, but the bed was clean and comfortable, however the floor was filthy (as my husband had white socks on and they were black). A lot of humidity in the room and it seemed damp. Went down once to ask a question to the person working the front desk - nowhere to be found. 「We have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for 8 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and helpful. My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. The cost has outpaced the return and sadly — we will find another place to stay in the future. This is not a reflection on the staff — they are and have always been great.」

「I booked this hotel for the suite- 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. It does look like the online photos, but what you can’t see is the room (especially the bathroom) is not clean at all.
