「We were in the cheapest room type so we weren't expecting a view but in fact we could see sideways across the bay and inland which was very green. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished with plenty of storage. It had two chairs and a little table which means you don't always have to sit on the bed. Teas, milks and biscuits were topped up daily which is by no means the case in all hotels. The breakfast was acceptable, some good additional choices can be ordered instead of the buffet. A fan...

「The room has lovely sea views but the carpet is heavily stained and the decor generally quite tired. The room was also incredibly hot despite being offered a fan by the helpful staff. It is a great hindrance that the windows cannot be opened more than a few inches. For a hotel of this reputation and in this price range, air conditioning should be incorporated throughout. 「Great hotel. Sraff were very friendly & professional at all times. I did have to ask for non-slip bath mat as our shower was over the bath & there was nothing to hold onto to get in & out. The pool,there were some tiles missing. Although that didnt prevent anyone from swimming it didnt look good. Breakfast was good & restaurant was good too」

「Room was very hot - could do with blinds to reduce glare - curtains were very heavy and if closed no air movement in room. Fans supplied were noisy. Perhaps lighter quilts for the warmer weather ? Stairs are quite steep and narrow and exit from stairwell to each floor awkward to negotiate. Quality of food especially in the evening very disappointing !」
