「I booked 4 rooms for my family and I. The rooms could use a tad bit of updating but overall we were satisfied. The highlight of our stay was Juanita at the front desk she was AMAZING!! She was so accommodating! We all loved her. 」

「The hotel is nice. It sits basically alongside the Bass Pro Shop. Rooms have stove, but no pots, pans or utensils. Hotel is off the interstate, you do hear the traffic. The front desk is not staffed full time, key is required for entry into building and all areas at all times. Main floor constantly smelled like cigarette smoke.」

「It was quiet and peaceful. About a 12 minute drive to vcu and the surrounding areas, and 15 minutes to short pump. It was perfectly positioned, tucked away, and the staff were very kind. I was there on vacation with my partner and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. 」

「My wife and I enjoyed the property and all of the amenities that were offered but our room had a pretty bad odor coming from the AC unit. It may have been mold or just lots of humidity from the AC not being on for a period of time and then it being placed on. The floors seemed to be very slippery as well, but we think it was due to the high level of humidity present in the room before the AC was turned on.
