「This place is by far the most beautiful we’ve seen in all of Switzerland. The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The view is absolutely magnificent! The apartment is charming and fully stocked with everything you need. 「The apartment is great but getting back to apartment is a long walk with stairs, not easy for old age. Otherwise，everything is great and comfortable. 」

「perfect」

「Room is closed to the stations, with a nice balcony. The room is smaller than I expected but has all we need. We cooked with no problem. The shampoo and shower gels that’s provided is organic and we love it. Tonia was very helpful showing us all info we needed. The only thing a little bother was the beds with wheels which easily slipped away. But overall we enjoyed our time there. 」

「The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.」

「It is really not convenient to carry luggage to the building because there are many stairs down to the building. Therefore, if you are not young and strong, it’s better not to consider staying here. 」

Great value at high quality.

"The hotel was great for its value. The room was very cozy and functional although being small. It was super clean as well and the bathroom was very nice and modern. Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Good breakfast and friendly staff. No AC but it wasn’t a problem at all, I asked for a fan when I checked in in the afternoon, but in general it’s ok with the window open. Happy that there’s an elevator too."

相當滿意

"位置優越，由車站步行到酒店只需要5分鐘，行出大路已經有超市，很多餐廳，去山上的車站亦只需要步行5－10分鐘便可以到達。早餐很豐富，用餐地方環境大，酒店很大間但亦不會覺得擠擁，隔音設備亦算不錯。唯一是露台環境比較簡單，如果有桌子會較好。"

"服務人員極好, 一早想去看日出, 前台很熱情展示google 當天氣候並熱情介紹, 最令人滿意是早餐多樣化十分丰盛; 房間很舒适安靜, 離火車站超近, 下次再去zermatt 我一定會再選這家住宿"
