「The bedroom was clean and tidy, staff were excellent very polite and friendly. The only slight criticism was the wooden chairs in the conservatory dinning room were uncomfortable. The food was outstanding. 」

「Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x」

「We were met by our first names and instantly offered a cup of tea and cake! This personal,friendly theme ran throughout our short stay and made it a really lovely experience. The rooms were large and beautifully furnished with everything you could want and shiny clean. Breakfast was well organised with a time slot so we could again benefit from the personal touch from our super hosts. Excellent, freshly cooked large portions😀. Would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family.」

「For a 1-night stay this hotel had everything we needed. Central location, easy parking, a spacious room with a comfy bed (and the added bonus of a sea view) and a tasty breakfast in the morning. My wife and I visit Torquay a few times and have stayed in most of the hotels in this price bracket - the Heritage has to be one of the best yet.」
