「Très bon accueil du propriétaire.」

「The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night. Same issues at...

「房間很漂亮，略小了點，老實說排氣或上廁所的聲音兩人都會聽的非常清楚。廁所跟淋浴和洗手台是分開的，這樣用完洗手間還得繞過整個房間才能洗手，淋浴間沒有任何遮擋，水花容易飛濺且較無隱私，洗臉面盆有一個崩角導致我手被刮傷，網站上對房間的照片太模糊，預定時很難判斷房間的實際情況。 但景很美，藝術作品很棒」

「No air-condition ! no one to serve when check in, the city tax charge you 10 Euro only for a room night. located in a wasteland. There is no lights outside in the night time, kind of terrible. Very hot in the summer season, couldn't sleep! when you open the window the flying insects could fly in your room. BAD!」

「Located next to the bus station. We had to take early bus to Rousiillon, thus very convenient for travelers like us. Room was clean and quite. Reception desk only available from 3-7pm, no luggage service.」

「Rien à redire sur l’accueil, la chambre, la propreté et le petit déjeuner. Le seul bémol, après c’est peut être de ma faute et j’ai mal lu, mais quand on note dans les filtres « spa », on s’attend à trouver un spa dans l’hôtel.. C’était ma surprise en demandant où étais le spa et qu’on m’a répondu qu’il n’y avait qu’un sauna sous réservation. Le « spa » étant une piscine et un bain à remous à l’extérieur, évidemment pour un jour de février nous n’y sommes pas allé.. 」
