I would definitely come back and spend more time enjoying all that it has to offer. I only was here for one night as I was going on the hike to the Volcano the next morning but it was a perfect five minute walk to the tour office. Gracias !"

"I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was quaint, had a beautiful atrium filled with plants, and an amazing rooftop view of the volcanoes. The property was very well maintained, I always noticed a lot of staff present keeping everything clean. The front desk staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. My room was perfect for what I needed. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great and bathroom was very clean. The location is also excellent if you are a first time visitor. Everything is very close and walkable. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Everything was great. However, I think there are just two things that could use some improvement. First, the water temperature in the shower was impossible to control; I nearly scalded myself with the hot water. Second, when I ordered food at the bar in the afternoon (I had the sushi), the dish looked nothing like the photo, and the rice was undercooked—it was quite unappetizing. That said, if I travel to this area again in the future, I would certainly stay here once more. The service was excellent, and the staff members were very friendly."

"The property was nice and in a convenient location. Bathroom shower sprayed water all over the room so you couldn’t keep your towel or clothes in there or get dressed easily in there (we were sharing with a group so needed to change separately). There is a nice view of Fuego from the upstairs balcony where we saw it erupt several times which was cool."
