Badeværelserne var også beskidte. Der var larm ud til sent på aftenen og der blev spillet højt musik i receptionen tidligt om morgenen. Der var så lyt at man ikke kunne sove og ingen aircon. "The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the location is great in Viña Del Mar. The room, however, could use upgrading. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all the walls are paper thin so you hear anytime someone is in the halls. We were given disposable bathroom towels that we would assume are thrown out after our use. Overall, an interesting experience. "
