Front desk lobby it was regular !! Room not bad can be improved (shower mildew). Clean in general need be improved. Also general maintenance on the out side of hotel need to be improved. It’s a beautiful place with wonderful view but they must take care of it . Thanks

Lovely hotel in a great little Chilean town

Lovely hotel that lived up to the pictures and reviews. Lived the rooftop terrace and the wood fired hot tub. Food and drinks were also excellent

The view and location at this property are unparalleled and the stay is a unique experience. This is definitely where I will stay again if I come back To this area. Staff is super attentive, restaurant is great, spa is nice, rooms are nice and clean and a view of a lifetime in a rock and bird sanctuary.

The staff was wonderful! Ixchal, Josefa, Hugo and Claudio and all the rest really made us feel welcome and took great care of us during our stay. The food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were really yummy and the view is spectacular. We hope to return some day!

All room face the ocean, at the water level. Amazing view. Great staff, quick check in. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lobby,lounge, bar area a little run down. Need mor umbrellas on the outdoor deck tables.

The location of this hotel takes away your breathe. To open the windows at night and listening to the Pacific is sublime. The Spa is really wonderful. My only complaint is that the breakfast doesn't seem as good as it once was.

Very relaxing

Very good one night stay. Staff were awesome, location is great. Although there was a problem with my toilet as it would not flush. Which was a bit annoying. It was fixed the following day however I was checking out anyway.

The place is located on the side of a cliff and is very beautiful. The common areas of the hotel were very nice but the rooms are in need of an update. Otherwise the only issue was I got charges an extra tax/fee for not having a PIF document of some sort? I asked about it and nobody could verify why I was charged this fee. If it was legitimate, I should have been informed by the hotel ahead of time as this is an unusual fee that I have never paid in years of traveling the world. Otherwise I think the location was excellent and so were the amenities.

Beautiful location, disappointing experience

The location and views at this hotel are fantastic, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the high price tag. Several aspects were disappointing: the gym was unavailable, the spa was fully booked for our entire stay, and the indoor pool was dirty. We booked the jacuzzi, but it was cold upon arrival and only started warming up after 40 minutes—by then, our time was up as the next guests arrived. Breakfast was decent, with clean and simple options, but the coffee was awful. Staff were friendly, but service at the bar was slow, with long waits for drinks and the bill. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations for one of the area’s most expensive hotels.
