Clean, modern, and perfectly located. Only downsides were loud construction noise early in the morning (not the hotel’s fault), the neighborhood feels a bit sketchy at night, and no housekeeping during a 3 night stay which I was told is now normal policy. Still a solid choice if those things don’t bother you.

Everything was great, well decorated, super clean and comfortable. I just didn't like much the surrands. Had to park the car a few blocks away and I didn't feel safe to walk there in the evening.

This is a great value and a good lodging option if you have to be in Valparaiso. The hotel is clean and very organized inside, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding area was a little scary for my wife and I. This hotel is in the middle of the busy Valparaiso business and port activities. Be alert for opportunists overall. Upon arrival we suffered a "blown tire", where a pedestrian approached our car at a stop light and punctured one of our tires with a specialized instrument. I felt there was something wrong, so I was careful and didn't stop. I kept going and did not stop until I arrived at the hotel, a safe place.

Kaunis, vanha rakennus hyvällä paikalla lävellä nähtävyyksiä ja ravintoloita. Sisältä kuitenkin moderni ja siisti, tosin IKEA-tyylinen "uusi ja halpa (mutta toimiva)". Ei siivousta alle 4 päivän vierailuille. Hyvä ja edullinen pesulapalvelu. Saapumispäivänä lähettivät myös viestin ja pyysivät saapumisaikaa ja toivottivat tervetulleeksi mutta silti ketään ei ollut paikalla avaamassa ovea kun saavuin. En tosin tarvinnut odottaa kauan. Ikävämpi juttu oli kun ovikoodi oli vaihtunut kun toisena iltana tulin illalla takaisin. Tästä olisi pitänyt kertoa etukäteen (olivat tosin lävettäneet uuden koodin Whatsappiin, mutten tiennyt etsiä sitä enkä myöskään illalla kaupungilla ollut on-line). Tämä oli pahin epäkohta enkä pidä hotellia erityisen turvallisena. Huoneen ovi ei mene automaattisesti lukkoon, ulkopuolelta voit kokeilla onko se lukossa, mutta sisäpuolelta et. Vastaanotto auki vain 9-21 enkä pidä neljän numeron koodia ulko-ovessa riittävänä takuuna (on monta tapaa nähdä koodi tai päästä sisälle toisten vieraiden ovenavauksella) Muuten mukava ja ystävällinen paikka

Localização no centro, local que pode trazer riscos ao turista após o entardecer. Não havia identificação da propriedade por meio de placa/letreiro, o que trouxe muitos incovenientes na sua localização. Tivemos de perguntar a várias pessoas onde estava o estabelecimento. A atendimento prestou informação errada para o acesso ao certo (parte alta da cidade onde estão as atrações), afirmando que o funicular estava funcionando, o que não era verdade. As instalações do quarto são novas e de boa qualidade.
