Rooms were fine, clean and spacious. Breakfast had a limited offering particularly with the fruit. The staff were courteous but a few smiles would have been welcome. Hotel is in a good location for beach and restaurants.

Great spot for solo travelers in Vina

Loved my stay at Novotel in Vina Del Mar. As a solo traveler it was a great spot to stay as I felt safe walking around. The staff was attentive and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, and the pool was the perfect spot for a lazy afternoon day in the sun.

I like this property because it is within walking distance of the supermarkets. The room is very spacious, with an incredible partial ocean view. However, the restaurants could improve attentiveness to lunch and dining options when serving. The food was okay, but I hope to see some flavor enhancements. Overall, it is a great place to stay in Vina del Mar.

Comfortable, clean, modern, walking distance to most interesting places in Viña del Mar, bus transportation to Valparaiso convenient, cheap and across the street from hotel. Breakfast had adequate variety and good quality. Facilities were very comfortable. Staff were there to make your stay comfortable and pleasant and they are fluent in English which helps!
