Spending $700 a night means expecting seamless operational infrastructure, yet this hotel lacks 24-hour reception and round-the-clock room service. Great physical location cannot compensate for the restricted service and basic, uninspired room decor. 「A comfortable stay. This hotel is a little further from the centre of Annecy but was quite affordable. The breakfast is nice although the coffee could be better. The staff were super helpful and there is a free pool table in the bar area」

「I appreciated that the staff allowed me to store my luggage and also offered me a shower, which was helpful. However, overall the experience was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The common shower area was not clean, and even the one in my room did not feel comfortable to use barefoot. It felt more like a poorly maintained shared space than a proper bathroom. The bed sheets appeared clean at first, but there were small hairs, which gave an impression of poor hygiene....

「Had a good stay at Neostelia. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and nice. Practical parking in the backyard, though for an additional fee. The beds were also very comfortable! Some might consider the bathroom a little small, but we had no complaints. Walking distance to the old town was also a big plus! Would definitely come back again!」
