The property is very aesthetic and close to many attractions. The staff was very kind and helpful! The cold tea for guests was a nice touch! I also loved the view of the chateau from the open shared patio area, great for drawing.

Brilliant location - close but not too close to all the action. Fabulous staff. Good value accomodation for the price. However, with weather in the 30's Aircon would have been a lovely addition that would have made it 5*

Beautiful Hotel in a lovely location next to the Castle and a short walk down the hill to the Old Town . Staff were warm , very helpful . My only criticism is we did NOT have an en-suite Toilet OR Bathroom . Both were situated across the hallway in full view of other rooms on the 1st floor . For a hotel commanding such a price a en-suite toilet : bathroom should be standard .

Hotel du Chateau, Annecy

Our room had an amazing view of the cute, old town and the mountains. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The bathroom and toilet were outside the room, and we were provided with keys. It was actually quite nice not having them in the room. It is located in the old town, very close to the Christmas market along the canal. We really enjoyed our stay during Christmas.

Great location and view

Rooms are small but nice, no AC but was fine with open windows at night. Awesome view from the room and terrace, and convenient location - old town is right at the bottom of the hill and the lake is a few mins walk away.

Gorgeous view from our room! While it's a bit of a hill to get to the hotel, it's a short walk down to the shopping, restaurants, and the lake. It rained quite a bit when we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy it, but there's a great deck that would be wonderful for a picnic. Loved our stay here!

Free parking when a spot was available which worked out for us really well. Would definitely stay here again! Comfortable bed, super breakfast and excellent location! Great view from our window as well. Loved it!
