「Bed was like sleeping on a metal grill. Motel rooms in a very noisy traffic area with old single pane metal windows providing no shelter from noise. Door did not feel safe. No microwave. Could not get heater to come o, was chilly all night. No staff, no services. Reviews totally misleading. Cramped small room and bathroom with 2 tiny beds, 4 walls with a roof. But if your priority in a motel/hotel is a cute wrap on a toilet paper roll on a shelf, by all means then this gets the 9.8...
