"My daughter and I stayed here during our road trip from Minnesota back to Atlanta, and overall we had a wonderful experience.
Our room overlooked the expressway and what appeared to be a nearby university, but the real surprise was the breathtaking Ohio River views from the 17th-floor fitness center. Definitely worth checking out!
The room was clean, comfortable, and the beds were perfect after a long day of driving. We noticed a couple of small areas of dust that were likely overlooked, but nothing that impacted our stay.
The staff was exceptionally friendly. Check-in was quick, easy, and everyone was happy to answer our questions.
We were disappointed that we couldn't try the revolving restaurant since it doesn't open until 5 p.m., and we needed to get back on the road. That's definitely on our list for next time.
Our only real complaint was breakfast. We were surprised it wasn't complimentary, and there was no indication that breakfast was being served. We also had trouble finding someone to explain how it worked, so we ended up eating off-site before continuing our trip.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return. Comfortable rooms, outstanding service, and beautiful river views made this a great stop along our journey."
