「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms...

「Beautiful property on the winery. Nicely decorated room & large shower. Separate living, kitchenette & bedroom area. The only downside is the room we had had the parking area on one side & the winery tasting room on the other. So we kept our curtains closed. Also the hot tub was dirty. We were looking forward to using it. 」

「Hot water didn’t work but staff offered a different room, looked remodeled, but heater was not working. We stayed at the same room but used the second room for showers. Staff were nice to try to accommodate. 」
