「Room was very hot and our room had what appeared to be a dysfunctional thermostat, it would not go below 76. Housekeeping was ok- we had a small spill on our sheets and the made the bed without replacing them. The Cafe should be open later than 130. However all that said- we had a great time. It’s a super large property for big groups, and plenty of parking. Front desk is very nice. 」

「Absolutely disgusting experience. When we first pulled up to the hotel, I genuinely thought it was closed because the lobby was covered in dust and dirt and looked completely neglected. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. We checked in quickly because we were heading to a wrestling championship and didn’t have time to really inspect the room.
