"The property was dirty in almost every respect: stains on the carpet and couch in the room, stains and rips in the towels, the shower sutras. Looked like it had mold on the bottom, never replaced the Kleenex, an item that was not trash was mistaken for trash and taken, the elevator flooring was ripped, the elevator sound like it may fail at any moment, ripped paint on the mirror, poor lighting in the bathroom, the pool area had trash and cigarette butts, and the pool is very cold - not heated as advertised. Some of the staff are great, but others are surly and seem to be upset that you are there. This hotel needs a complete refurbishment."

"Stayed here one night with my family. The counter person was new, can't blame him for that, but can blame management. One person in front of us. 45 minutes later. We are up-painful, painful, painful. 45 minutes -1 hour to get checked in. I used Expedia-the room was paid for. Took 30 minutes to tell me I still owed money-because he was not trained for that, and was completely lost. There were 2 people after us-obviously mad. Someone stopped on there way out to tell us it took them 45 minutes too. The room was subpar. Left at 5 am so I cant comment on breakfast. FYI their policy of a deposit is three times more than what i have seen elsware. I was plastered all over. No deposit-no Check in. I wont be back."

"I absolutely loved their breakfast items and coffee choices. The bed was so fluffy soft and AC was mint. Staff was all so friendly and I will be staying here again when in Bismarck!!"
