"All was pleasant except the coffee maker not working. We reported it, and they said they would take care of it."

"We had to get maintenance into our room immediately after checking in, the door hiding the mini fridge wouldn't stay closed, the bedside lamp had a loose connection holding the shade and one of the floor lamps had a large hole in its shade. These were addressed quickly, and other than the furniture showing wear (scuffs on tables and dresser), it appeared clean. We did like the availability of coffee and breakfast items (pancakes, muffins, toast, cereal) and the helpfulness of the staff. The courtyard area is nice."

"Its a good hotel for the most part theres a short hallway and a long hallway with no elevator at its end and only stairs. Makes for a long walk after you been doing the events they have there so go with the shorter numbers closer to the elevator. After like 9pm theres not alot to eat but down in the casino, so thats not very muxh fun to walk thur all that mess to eat."

"I reserved a king bed, when I checked in they told me they did not have the room I reserved and I could have 2 queens, when I mentioned that I had reserved a king, they said "Look I have 2 queens, take it or leave it" In the shower the water did not drain, to the point when I woke up the next morning at there was STILL water in the tub"

"I did have a nice stay. My room was clean. The breakfast was good. It is in an excellent location. I loved the free wine from 5:30 pm to 7pm."

"I have a soft spot for the Nativo. It’s a funky place with period Native American-inspired decor that reminds you that you are not in some generic-style hotel that could be almost anywhere in the Industrialized world. Looking around, you can tell you’re in Albuquerque. The Nativo might not appeal to corporate types trying to do serious business in downtown Albuquerque, but for tourists wishing to poke around the area or perhaps see the balloon festival, IMO, the Nativo is a good place to hang your hat for the night. I confess that I didn’t try the pool this time, but I was in town on personal business."

"Rooms were clean, spacious and nicely-appointed. Some mildly-annoying features: toilet paper and facial tissue were not up to the quality level of a fine hotel. They were thin, scratchy and the facial tissue was not full sized as one would expect. One more mildly-annoying feature: restaurants did not open until 8 am for breakfast so early risers were out of luck."
