"It was a beautiful hotel and well maintained. Restaurants and deposit were a little pricey but worth it. We had to keep requesting additional wash cloths and towels with 4 people sharing the room. Otherwise I would stay there again if I come back to LA."

"We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, from check-in to housekeeping. Our room was super clean and comfortable. They thought of everything, even face masks. We loved the architecture, lots of personality. There was some street noise, as you might expect in downtown LA, but closing the curtains helped significantly. The location was excellent, with great restaurants nearby—especially Lala’s Argentine Grill. We walked to Little Tokyo and the Convention Center and felt safe in the area. The rooftop pool is small but a great place to relax. We also splurged on valet parking and were glad we did—our car was usually ready within five minutes. Great service, location, and overall experience. We would definitely stay here again!"
