「The room did not get cool enough to sleep comfortable. The staff did give me a fan to use to help, but I would have rather not had to bug them about it at 3:00 am. The Continental breakfast was average. No meats. The maintenance on the room was of poor workmanship. The painting around the trim was quite unsightly. Overall, I will probably pick a more updated hotel in the future.」

「Staff was super helpful, engaged, and customer service forward. We stayed for a full week at a very busy time during Indy 500 week. We will be back, as we were very happy with our stay! Even staff helping with breakfast offerings were smiling and helping to satisfy everyone. Please keep current staff as I know there is new management.」
