「Riverside is our favorite go to for a quiet getaway (especially in the winter months). Nice, friendly staff, private spas.」

「Check-in lady was efficient and courteous. However, she left at 7 pm for the night. Call the office phone # if needs arise. No one in office at check out. Room was clean, coordinated decorations, quality linens, towels, comforter plus spare comforter. Room was small. Price okay. Breakfast minimal choices. Two issues, TV and satelite antenna required 2 in person visits from the off site owner/ manager to get the TV to work about 40 min. process Second issue,which not much can be done, 3 trains...

「The staff didn't seems friendly when we checked in. She were unhappy with our booking, I guess she couldn't earn more money since we booked the cheaper room. But we are guests, why she thought the unhappy face to us.」

「It's an older place but for the value it was exceptional. I loved the location...500 yards from eruption brewing and 1000 yards from the hot springs entrance so park it and forget it. I will definitely stay again if I'm in lava」

「Second time staying at the Hillside. Love it here!! Spacious room with small couch, TV...comfortable, clean beds. Large shower, shampoo conditioner and body wash included & clean fluffy towels. Games under the beds for entertainment, patio with tables and chairs to lounge with partial view of the town. My only suggestion is if you drink coffee, bring your own sugar and cream. We'll book here every time!! You won't regret staying here!」
