「Excellent value for this stunning property. The hotel was centrally located in downtown Rockland, across from the ferry terminal. Facilities were very clean, the king-bed room with a deck was extremely spacious. The included breakfast was amply varied , both hot & cold and healthy options. The hotel was located near excellent dining options, all within walking distance. We were guests the week prior to Christmas and the decor was beautiful and tasteful. 「Room was clean. Never saw any staff. Power was out due to storm for most of our stay. Generator power was used and was sufficient. Could not use tv until final day. Did speak on phone to staff but was not able to resolve. This could have been due to storm. No one ever resupplied our room after first night with coffee, creamer etc. We did go into the common room for more creamer ourselves.」

「The room was clean and tidy, and it was very convenient to go to the university and surrounding shops and restaurants. The only regret was that the room was booked the day before, and the price was doubled compared to booking in advance. It is recommended that you book the room in advance, the price is really different.」
